The transition to net zero requires capital. Churches and Faith Communities are in a unique position to demonstrate leadership in stewarding their assets in a way that honours God\u2019s creation.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The planning that is ongoing at Midmills towards insulating the church and fitting solar panels is our current response to this challenge, but there will be many other things we can do as we go forward. One is simply talking more together about what needs to be achieved. We\u2019re hoping that the Get-Togethers on Tuesday afternoons will be a place where that will happen, amongst the parents and also involving the children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">And taking that into our public worship and private prayers, there are inspiring materials accessible from the Eco-Congregation Website during the \u2018Season of Creation\u2019 that they are celebrating in September and October.<a href=\"https:\/\/ecocongregationscotland.org\/\">https:\/\/ecocongregationscotland.org\/<\/a> Please contact us for details.
